Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any product for any reason, you may return it to us within 21 days of your order date.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund. We do not refund shipping charges or pay return postage unless we were responsible for an error with your order.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging
  2. You are responsible for the goods until they are in our possession. We strongly recommend that you return items using registered post or another "signed-for" method of delivery to ensure they reach us safely.
  3. Our shipping costs are not refundable unless you are returning goods due to a mistake by us
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless you are returning goods due to a mistake by us
  5. Products marked 'TO CLEAR' or 'SPECIAL ORDER' are not returnable/refundable
  6. You must contact us before returning any goods. We will provide a Return Number and details on how to return your goods
