ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 1-2 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up daily, from 7am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using Sendle Couriers or Australia Post. General delivery times are 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 +gst applies to orders in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD & SA.  We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATE EXCEPTIONS:
We offer shipping to WA & NT on a case by case basis.  You will be contacted by email with updated shipping costs if needed.  You can then accept the order for processing or cancel.

Orders do not require a signature on delivery unless, in your judgement, it is unsafe to leave goods, in which case we will follow your delivery instructions. 'Authority to leave' deliveries are done entirely at your own risk. Title to all products and risk of loss passes to you on delivery and we are not responsible for any loss once delivered.
